Component: Ensuring Access to Information and Expertise Concerning EU Funding

This operational program focused on ensuring systematic and updated access to relevant information, preparing lecturers and consultants and developing various means in order to increase the ability of Czech NGOs to obtain financial support from the EU and enter into European networks of non-profit organizations.

Component: Increasing Support from the Private Sector

This operational program focused on the promotion and cultivation of corporate philanthropy, and on developing mechanisms for easy giving that can serve individual donors. It also strived to provide space for discussion and networking between corporate donors and NGOs.

Component: Increasing Support from Individuals

The program strived to strengthen the skills of NGOs to build and cultivate a stable base of individual supporters, and thus diversify their fundraising portfolio. Additionally, it helped to build the overall capacity and expertise in the field of fundraising, gathered fundraising data, supported model projects and promoted stories of success.
