Component: Knowledge Fund

The program consisted of two grant funds. The first fund was designed to fill in the existing "blank spots" in the current capacity of the non-profit sector; the second fund was designated to support organizational development and professionalization of individual NGOs.

Component: Consultants' Guild

This operational program aimed to build a network of consultants and create a support base for them, providing education, information and a platform for sharing their experience with one other, as well as with partners from other Visegrad countries.
