During the seminars, through the individually covered subjects, I learned to identify the actual condition our organization was in, and the staff also helped me to find solutions to challenges we faced. Another benefit of the market was the opportunity to discuss problems with ‘buyers’ from other participating organizations. Solutions to these problems were often easily and ingeniously arrived at by taking an independent view of the situation.
